The following precautions should be taken when landing the aircraft

1、 Preparation work:

Make a foundation that meets the requirements according to the foundation drawing, which is sufficient to support the levelness and solidity of the machine tool. For example, F3, F5, PS65, PS95, V33i, etc., the thickness of reinforced concrete should be around 50cm.

Contact a qualified professional handling and lifting company for lifting, and Zecheng provides dedicated lifting tools for each type of machine tool, lifting according to the lifting diagram. If the customer has not purchased a lifting appliance, they need to prepare a steel wire rope with sufficient strength or a forklift with sufficient load-bearing capacity.

The variation of temperature and room temperature has a significant impact on machining accuracy. It is recommended to conduct room temperature management to achieve ideal machining accuracy. The ambient temperature is generally 10 ℃~40 ℃, and the relative humidity should be maintained at 75% (to avoid condensation).

The power supply that meets the standards is in place, and the cable size is determined according to electrical standards. Common machine tools like Zecheng, such as F3, F5, PS65, PS95, E33, E56, V33i, V56i, and EDGE2, require 25mm2 of cable.

● Air supply provides a clean and dry air source, such as the above machine tools, which require a pressure of 0.5Mpa or above and a flow rate of 600L/Min.

2、 Landing steps:

1) Open the box, check each packaging box for obvious damage, and count the items according to the shipping list.

2) When transporting the main body of the machine tool, if a forklift is used, please adjust the position of the forklift to make the center of gravity of the machine tool stable, to avoid tilting the machine tool and causing injury to the machine and personnel; When transporting, maintain a distance of at least 15cm between any part of the machine tool and the forklift to prevent scratches on the sheet metal.

3) Place the main body of the machine tool in place according to the foundation dimension diagram, leaving space for placing other peripheral equipment of the machine tool; Support all anchors at approximately the same height, without any suspended anchors to prevent deformation of the machine tool.

4) Peripheral equipment should be placed in place, including transformers, oil coolers, air dryers, etc. The specific placement should follow the provided placement diagram. If unsure, please feel free to contact Zecheng Company for consultation.
